The water occupies the area at the bottom of the tank. Due to its density, the oil rests atop the water. Thanks to this type of frying system, the bits of foodstuffs that break off during frying fall towards the bottom of the tank. When particles make contact with water, it absorbs and deposits them in the bottom of the tank. This allows different foods to be fried WITHOUT MIXING FLAVOURS. This fryer offers high levels of cleanliness and OIL SAVINGS, since with each water change, foodstuff waste is also removed. Thus, THERE IS NO NEED TO FILTER THE OIL.
